Worshipful Brother John Pinkstone, Master of the Lodge in 2008-09 is pictured
presenting a cheque for £2000 to Barbara Parish, Regional Fundraising Manager
for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance, part of the funds
raised by the Lodge at social functions etc throughout John’s year as Master of
the Lodge. Also picture in front of the Augusta 109 helicopter are Paramedics
Sonia Jones & Dylan Griffiths plus former Senior Steward Maurice Jones. The
aircraft based at East Midlands airport relies entirely on voluntary contributions

Presentation to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance
The Immediate Past Master, W. Bro. Alan Anderton, has presented a cheque for
£800 to W. Bro. Norman Bell in aid of Prostaid.
The charity provides valuable help and support for prostate cancer patients and
works to provide better, treatment and care for the patients in Leicestershire,
Rutland and Northamptonshire.
